Digital Service Delivery Policy


1. Digital Delivery Only

Adminishvili provides software and digital services. We do not ship physical goods. There are no shipping or physical-delivery fees.

Delivery takes place electronically through the customer’s Adminishvili account.

2. Account Access

After successful registration and any required email or identity verification, the customer can access the Adminishvili dashboard using the registered login credentials.

Some features require the customer to connect an eligible Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or other supported account and grant the required platform permissions.

3. Delivery of the Three-Day Free Trial

Where a three-day free trial is offered, the selected trial is activated after:

  • the customer selects a plan;
  • the customer accepts the applicable legal policies and automatic-renewal terms;
  • the customer expressly requests immediate digital access;
  • an accepted card is successfully registered through TBC Bank’s secure payment page; and
  • Adminishvili receives successful confirmation.

The selected plan’s trial features then become available in the customer’s account without physical delivery or manual activation.

The checkout page displays:

  • the length of the trial;
  • the exact trial end date;
  • the subscription amount and currency;
  • the date of the first scheduled charge; and
  • the fact that the subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

4. Delivery of a Paid Subscription

Unless the customer cancels before the displayed trial deadline, the paid monthly subscription begins automatically after the first successful charge at the end of the trial.

If payment succeeds, access continues without interruption and the plan’s paid-period allowance is applied to the account.

For a direct purchase without a trial, the paid plan is activated after successful payment confirmation.

Subscription access is provided for the billing period shown in the customer’s account and renews monthly until cancelled.

5. Delivery of Additional AI Credits

Additional AI Credits are delivered electronically to the customer’s Adminishvili account after successful payment confirmation.

The purchase screen displays the price, currency, and number of credits before payment. The updated credit balance should normally appear promptly after confirmation.

If payment succeeds but the credits or subscription are not available within a reasonable time, contact info@adminishvili.com and include the account email and transaction identifier. Do not send a full card number or security code.

6. Payment Failure or Delayed Confirmation

If card registration or payment is declined, cancelled, or not confirmed:

  • the free trial or paid item may not be activated;
  • a renewal may be placed in a past-due or restricted state; and
  • the customer may be asked to retry or update the payment method.

Occasional delays may occur because of bank, card-network, Connected Platform, internet, or system processing. We will use reasonable efforts to investigate confirmed payments that were not correctly delivered.

7. Order and Delivery Confirmation

Adminishvili provides electronic confirmation of relevant events through the dashboard, email, or both, including where applicable:

  • successful trial activation;
  • the selected plan and trial deadline;
  • successful payment or renewal;
  • subscription cancellation;
  • refund initiation; and
  • delivery of additional AI Credits.

Customers should keep these confirmations for their records.

8. Technical Requirements

To receive and use the Service, the customer needs:

  • a compatible internet-connected device and supported browser;
  • a valid email address;
  • an eligible payment card where payment or card registration is required;
  • an Adminishvili account; and
  • for connected features, an eligible social-media account with the necessary permissions.

The customer is responsible for maintaining access to the registered email address and securing account credentials.
