Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how DT Alpha Group LLC, operating Adminishvili (“Adminishvili,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal data when you use our website, dashboard, connected social-media tools, AI features, payment flows, and related services (the “Service”).

This Policy applies to Adminishvili’s own processing of personal data. When a business customer uses Adminishvili to process messages, comments, audience information, or other personal data on behalf of that customer, the customer may be the controller of that data and Adminishvili may act as its processor or service provider. The customer remains responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any lawful basis or consent required for its activities.

F. Communications

We process emails, support requests, survey responses, complaints, feedback, and other communications you send to us.

3. How We Obtain Personal Data

We obtain personal data:

  • directly from you;
  • automatically when you use the Service;
  • from team members or an organisation that adds you to an account;
  • from Connected Platforms when you authorise access;
  • from TBC Bank and other payment participants regarding transactions; and
  • from service providers that help us prevent fraud, secure the Service, or provide support.

4. Why We Process Personal Data

We process personal data for the following purposes and legal grounds, as applicable:

To perform our contract with you

  • create and administer your account;
  • connect authorised social-media accounts;
  • schedule, publish, and manage content;
  • execute your automation instructions;
  • provide AI features and allocate AI Credits;
  • process subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and support.

To comply with legal obligations

  • maintain accounting and transaction records;
  • respond to lawful requests and protect legal rights;
  • meet tax, consumer-protection, data-protection, and regulatory obligations.

For our legitimate interests

  • secure accounts and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorised access;
  • monitor reliability, diagnose errors, and improve the Service;
  • understand aggregate feature usage;
  • provide relevant operational communications;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We balance these interests against the rights and reasonable expectations of affected individuals.

With consent

Where required, we rely on consent for non-essential cookies, optional marketing, certain platform permissions, or other processing identified when consent is requested. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

5. How We Use Connected Platform Data

We use Connected Platform data only to provide, secure, maintain, and support the features you request, comply with the platform’s rules, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell Connected Platform data. We do not use it to build independent advertising profiles unrelated to the Service.

Access tokens and platform permissions are used only for authorised functions. You can remove Adminishvili’s platform access through available dashboard settings or through the Connected Platform’s own settings. Removal may stop scheduled posts, automations, message handling, and related functions.

Our processing of Meta platform data is also subject to Meta’s applicable Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

6. AI Processing

When you use an AI feature, relevant prompts, instructions, Customer Content, brand context, and requested output parameters may be transmitted to contracted AI infrastructure or model providers.

We take reasonable steps to limit transmitted data to what is needed for the requested feature and to select providers with appropriate data-protection commitments.

Do not include sensitive personal data, confidential third-party information, or regulated information in AI prompts unless it is necessary, lawful, and permitted by your agreement with us.

We do not use Customer Content to train a public AI model unless we clearly disclose that practice and obtain any consent required by law.

7. When We Share Personal Data

We may share personal data with:

  • TBC Bank and payment participants, to register cards, process payments, renewals, refunds, fraud checks, and payment support;
  • Meta and other Connected Platforms, when needed to carry out your authorised instructions;
  • hosting, database, security, analytics, email, support, and infrastructure providers, to operate and protect the Service;
  • AI model and infrastructure providers, when you request AI features;
  • professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, where necessary and subject to confidentiality;
  • competent authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and safety; and
  • a successor or transaction participant, in connection with a merger, financing, reorganisation, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers may process personal data only for the contracted purpose and under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

We do not sell personal data for money.

8. International Data Transfers

Some service providers, Connected Platforms, or AI providers may process data outside Georgia or outside your country.

Where required, we use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and contractual, organisational, or technical safeguards. Depending on the applicable law, these may include an adequacy decision, approved standard contractual clauses, specific authorisation, or another lawful transfer basis.

You may contact info@adminishvili.com for more information about safeguards relevant to your data.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention depends on the type of data and context:

  • account and subscription data are generally retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterward where needed for legitimate or legal purposes;
  • Connected Platform data is retained only as needed for the authorised feature and may be refreshed, overwritten, or deleted when permissions are removed;
  • payment and accounting records are retained for the period required by tax, accounting, anti-fraud, and other applicable laws;
  • security, access, and diagnostic logs are retained for a period proportionate to operational and security needs;
  • support records are retained while needed to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate history;
  • deleted data may remain temporarily in restricted backups until the normal backup-deletion cycle completes.

We may retain data longer where required by law, necessary to establish or defend a legal claim, or needed to investigate fraud or security incidents. We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that no longer identifies an individual.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. Measures may include access controls, encryption in transit, credential protection, logging, backups, and restricted staff access.

No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your login credentials, limiting team access, and notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised activity.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use:

  • strictly necessary cookies for login, security, session management, and core functions;
  • preference cookies to remember settings;
  • analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand and improve use of the website, where permitted; and
  • marketing technologies, only where used and permitted by applicable law.

Where consent is legally required for a non-essential technology, we will request it before activation and provide a way to change your choice.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • receive information about processing;
  • access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
  • correct, update, or complete inaccurate data;
  • request erasure or destruction;
  • request restriction or blocking of processing;
  • object to certain processing;
  • withdraw consent;
  • receive certain data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
  • request human review of certain solely automated decisions with significant effects; and
  • complain to a competent data-protection authority or court.

Where the Georgian Law on Personal Data Protection applies, we will generally respond within the time required by that law, including the applicable 10-working-day period, unless a lawful extension or exception applies.

To exercise a right, email info@adminishvili.com from the address associated with your account and describe your request. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. Rights are not absolute, and we may retain or continue processing information where a lawful ground applies.

If Adminishvili processes data solely on behalf of a business customer, we may direct the request to that customer or assist the customer in responding.

13. Account and Meta Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Adminishvili account and associated personal data:

  1. through the available account or privacy settings in the dashboard; or
  2. by emailing info@adminishvili.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

Please identify the Adminishvili account and, where relevant, the connected Facebook or Instagram account. We may request reasonable verification to protect the account from unauthorised deletion.

After verifying a valid request, we will delete or de-identify personal data that we are not required or permitted to retain. We may retain limited transaction, security, dispute, and compliance records where a lawful basis exists. Residual copies may remain in restricted backups until the normal deletion cycle is completed.

You may also remove Adminishvili through your Facebook or Instagram settings. Removing platform access stops future API access but may not by itself delete your separate Adminishvili account; submit a deletion request if you also want the Adminishvili account deleted.

14. Third-Party Data and Customer Responsibilities

Our customers may use the Service to process information relating to their own audiences, followers, staff, or clients. In those cases, the customer is responsible for:

  • having a lawful basis for the processing;
  • providing legally required notices;
  • obtaining legally required consent for marketing or automation;
  • responding to requests from affected individuals; and
  • configuring retention and access appropriately.

If your data appears in a customer-managed Adminishvili account, contact that customer first. You may also contact us, and we will take appropriate steps based on our role and legal obligations.

15. Children

The Service is intended for adults and business use. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly allow a child under 16 to create an account. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us unlawfully, contact info@adminishvili.com.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, the Service, or our processing practices. We will post the updated version with a revised “Last updated” date.

If a change materially affects how we process existing personal data, we will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
